If you don't want the truth, then do not read this. And, to the doctor, if you don't want to be rated, then don't put your name out here. The way that this practice is handled is very poor. I can't believe how they treat people. The office manager gives you stories when you go to her with a problem and changes her story during mid conversation. I called in on 2 different accounts for prescription refills, and I never got them. The pharmacy never received them. The doctor was not straight with me when I asked about them. He said that I must have called the wrong office(and the nurse verified my account and doctor and everything, and their number is programmed into my phone, plus they have my calls in their records), then he said he never received them in his folder. I then asked if they could see what the problem was 5 different times, then resorted to talking to the office manager, Holly, and she never followed up with it, so that it could be rectified going forward, plus I was… treated very badly and told to find a different doctor if I didn't like it. I was told by the doctor one time that I could request that he call me after hours if I needed to talk to him about health related problems. I gave my request to the office manager. It's in reference to my bloodwork results and fibromyalgia. Never received anything. No call. I have chronic pain, have had for 10 years, and fibromyalgia runs in my family. You will be treated like a number at this place after you've been going there for a number of years. They put you on the back burner. The doctor has failed to diagnose me correctly on several occasions. He just shrugs his shoulders. I don't know what the problem is, but I do know if they are at fault, they will deny it. I would not recommend this place to anyone, because of the way this office is run. I am currently looking for another dr., but that takes time. Why would anybody treat someone this way?! Why?! I have been going there for over 20 years, and now this??! Too many lies and cover ups over something that could be avoided. I have told the truth and nothing but the truth, so help me God. People need to know how they run this practice. If they do something wrong, they just cover their tracks and turn the blame on YOU. YOU! No one is perfect, but let's try to correct the problem first, so we can move on. I am tired of the hate. They will have to give their account to a Holy God some day. I've been with Dr Hesse for many years. He doesn't seem to take me serious. It seems especially since I am woman. Doesn't belive my symptoms, does not seem to be willing to try something to help make me feel better, and does not like to refer patients to other doctors. I'm looking for a new doctor

My husband and I have seen Dr Hesse for the past 15 years and he is the most caring, compassionate Dr we've ever had.He makes you a part of any decision about your health. Together we make decisions about our health care.

Dr Hesse takes time to answer your questions and doesn't make you feel dumb because You asked. He explores your options with you and together make a decision that's best for the patient.He is the best Dr I've ever had.
