His nurse is the only person from front desk to Dr Hicks that I have anything nice to say. I am 63 years old and have a number of chronic conditions that require certain medications on an uninterrupted basis. They require an unreasonable number of office visits to get refills. The receptionist staff are rude every visit. I get no attention from the Dr about the reason I need. He orders the same lab test too often, He has a notation on his bio relating to diabetes and that's the only thing he is concerned with, I am not a diabetic. I've had a large number of Dr s in my adult life and he is number 2 on my list of incompetent Dr s. I have given him and practice benefit of the doubt for a year, so this review is not based on single visit!

The obsolete worst bedside manner I have ever experienced.

He has seen my husband through a stroke. He and his staff are fantastic!

I finally found a great, caring, doctor. Dr. Hicks and his staff are the best at what they do. Additionally, Dr. Hicks actually reads your chart, ask questions and suggest options to make life better.
