Dr. James Mark Hirshberg

Dr. James Hirshberg - Over the past 35 years, James has become widely known in Boston as a top provider of cosmetic and restorative dentistry. James joined his father's dental practice in 1975 after graduating from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.  He continued his Tufts affiliation as a faculty member, teaching both restorative dentistry and root canal therapy to both dental students and graduate dentists. He also has presented continuing education programs to dentists on matching porcelain crowns to the patient's natural teeth, and techniques to improve the fit and esthetics of crowns and bridges. James is a Fellow of the Academy of Dental Science, the country's oldest and most respected dental organization. James is also a past President of the Greater Boston Dental Society, and a winner of Boston Magazine's award for Best Dentist in Boston.

James lives in the North End with his wife Diane and their two dogs.  In his free time, James is an avid windsurfer, snowboarder, tennis player and surfer.
