It was a wonderful experience. I was provided with very clear instructions. I was given an opportunity to ask questions. My follow up appointments were made by the staff and clear instructions were provided. At other facilities, I have not been made to feel "cared" about or supported, I get it, everyone is busy, but it was very nice to be taken care of and given the instructions that I needed to follow and treated with respect by everyone that I interacted with.
