Dr. James F Holman, MD

I was directed to Dr. Holman after researching perinatologists(sp?) in the area, after speaking to two seperate offices, I was referred to him due to the 3 chronic illnesses I suffer from and knew that pregnancy would be high risk if I was able to conceive at all. I went to have questions answered and to be reassured. Instead, he pretty much laughed at all of my concerns, said my information was based off heresay and not facts ( there is not research to determine how pregnancy is affected by two of my disorders, only person experiences from others.) So after about 15 min, he looked at me and asked "What exactly do you need from me?" Umm, not that. I should have been treated with some form of respect. He knew nothing of my two disorders and said I didn't suffer from the 3rd because I didn't have "enough" of it to do anything. He then wished me good luck and said to email me when I become pregnant or come back if I have any real issues. I felt stupid, belittled, and like a waste of time.… It took me the rest of the weekend to get over my rage. I went to another doctor and have had better luck. They understand my concerns and answered questions. They even said he didn't have a clue what he was talking about. My time with him is a big regret. I hope others have a better experience.

My husband and I wouldn't have our sweet baby if he hadn't helped us! Thank you Dr. Holeman!

this man did no "real" research or the proper testing on me or on my past health conditions.I had cancer when i was younger, only one adrenal gland and i was also perimenopausal with a high fsh level. If he was as intelligent and as thorough as a "fertility specialist" is suppose to be to read the safety warnings that menopur states "very" clearly DO NOT DO in women with these issues i would not have almost.... DIED....an have now been soooooo very sick for 2 and a half years. Having to go from doctor to doctor to doctor and exhausting any money i or my family had. If his treatments were not enough.... i spent almost 30,000 dollars for what????? this life i can no longer enjoy i remember the days when i was healthy ,happy and vibrate but they are fading with all of the painful memory's of the past few years from THIS MANS NEGLIGENT BEHAVIOR.....From what i can understand there are others like me from his office please speak out this has to be stopped!!!!
