He has also supported organizations such as the Lions Club, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the Heart Association, and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. A member of the Grapevine Church of Christ, where he has joined mission teams to Nicaragua to perform dentistry, Dr. Holt provides free dental services through programs at John Peter Smith Hospital.
