Dr. James B Hutchinson, DDS

We started seeing Dr. Hutchinson shortly after moving to Olympia. We had briefly seen another dentist locally who had abysmal customer service. This practice has very personable office staff, and Dr. Hutchinson is also. Recently on a Wednesday night I broke off half of an upper molar. I called on Thursday morning and was told the first appointment available was on, his day off, andf he'd take care of it Monday morning. I had sensitivity of hot, cold, and air to the broken tooth. I said if that was how long it would take that's what I would do, but I wasn't happy. The receptionist put me on hold and talked with Dr, Hutchinson, who told her to have me come in on Friday morning at 10:30 and he'd come in on his day off and resolve it. He pit in a very temporary filling, scheduled me for the following Tuesday morning and did the prep work for a crown. In addition he presented me with a large Poinsettia thanking me for being such a great long-time client. Surely above and beyond… what I expected. He's a gem!

My daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Hutchinson for over ten years. I have never had a better experience then I have with Dr. Hutchinson and his professional and caring staff. I highly recomend him to anyone.
