Dr. James Louis Igleburger, MD

DO NOT go to this clinic! Just fair warning. Dr. James Igleberger will talk down to you not to mention never remember who you are. I have also seen him have terrible road rage. I was behind him today going to the clinic. There was a lady with her children pulling out of the clinic parking lot. There is a stop sign there, but usually you have to stop and inch forward to see around the bushes and trees. I guess he thought this lady had pulled to far forward or something. That’s all I can figure out. So instead of having consideration for other traffic and the poor woman in the car, he pull in front of her so she couldn’t leave, got out of his car, went over and actually pounded on her window and proceeded to yell and curse at her while her children were in the car. I couldn’t hear the whole conversation but I did hear “stop sign” and all of the F-bombs he dropped. Again, he wasn’t only accosting her, he was blocking traffic, apparently to release his aggression. After what seemed like… forever, he finally got back in his car and pulled into the clinic. As I pulled in behind him, you could see the woman’s two young boys crying. I both felt sorry for her and her family, and furious at Dr. James Igleberger. If this is how he treats people on the outside, how is he going to treat you on the inside. Pathetic and a disgrace to psychiatry. What kind of human being acts like this? It was like watching a spoiled 5 year old throw a tantrum. I’m sorry for what happened to that lady, but I feel like I dodged a bullet by seeing his true nature. Be careful how you act in public. You never know who’s watching.

He is a very caring and knowledgeable psychiatrist. He is willing to collaborate with me on what I'm comfortable with and what he thinks is best. I came from a psych who had me severely over medicated and with Dr. I's help, I've been able to get off of the unnecessary meds that were causing me trouble. I deal with an eating disorder and he is the most competent psychiatrist I've met in terms of dealing with a patient with anorexia. I would highly recommend him! He's even willing to do genetic testing on deficiencies of enzymes that break down certain substances to create the building blocks for neurotransmitters.

He is a very kind, caring, and knowledgeable man. I would recommend him highly.
