Dr. James Jeffrey Jancuska, MD

My first visit to this dr. went okay. The nurse was very nice. However, after reading the reviews and speaking with other women, I decided not to have this dr. do any tests on my IC. I tried to cancel my appointment six times between 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. and the answering service would not even take my name or number to have the appointment clerk call me back. This is extremely unprofessional. The answering service told me that the DR would not allow her to take messages. I do not understand the point of having an answering service if they won't even take a message. Isn't that what they are paid for! This complaint is against the office of Dr. James J. Jancuska for having unprofessional telephone service.

Don't see him if you have IC: does not follow diagnostic guidelines, respect an already established diagnosis, or patient wishes. As someone else said he is very rude, although I'd call it more patronizing.. if you don't agree with him then you must be stupid.

Please do not make an appointment with this doctor. He is very unprofessional and does not care about you as a person. His staff does not look like they enjoy working there. The entire atmosphere of the office was very unprofessional. I was treated VERY POORLY and made to feel belittled. If I can stop, one person from experiencing what I went through, it will be worth my review. I would never recommend this place.

We always get very good advice from DR. J and he is very capable of fixing our problems as well as they can be fixed.

I highly recommend Dr. Jancuska. I have had several experiences with him. He takes care of business with no addded "fluff". He gets straight to the point. However, the problem is taken care of in a accurate and timely way.
