Dr. James Robert Johnson, MD

Dr Johnson is great, but the office manager is not. After several request for medical records to another doctor, she finally hung up on me. Then I called back to get access to the portal to contact Dr. Johnson myself. That is the only way the office manager would let me speak to Dr. Johnson and report the trouble i am having getting my records. I did get access to the portal, but within 10 minutes of composing and sending an email to Dr. Johnson, my access was deleted (received an email). Not likely a coincidence. I would find another doctor until he replaces his office manager, who still hasn't given me her name.

I have gone to Dr. Johnson for many years. He takes the time to get to know you and encourages healthy habits.

Empathetic, knowledgeable, and kind doctor!

Excellent doctor. Never rushes visits, listens to patient, discusses concerns and seems on top of possible issues and/or researches. Requests appropriate follow-up testing. Very happy with his care. Phone staff can be a little snippy at times, but nurses usually very cordial. Only gripe is that never receive lab results over phone - must make a follow-up appointment.

Several visits for excruciating pain of spine. Both Dr. Johnson and staff fail to follow up timely on anything. Failed on 2 occasions to phone in prescriptions. Failed to follow up on MRI appointment. Total disregard for my situation and eagerness to improve my discomfort. Would strongly discourage anyone to use this facility.
