Dr. James Raymond Jokerst, MD

Office staff is horrible. Often didn't respond or return texts or voicemail. Practice does not utilize My Chart or a similar secure website. There's no way to access records. I've received responses pertaining to the wrong patient. More often I receive no response at all or incorrect information regardless of whether I text or call and leave a message. When trying to problem solve the desk staff become belligerent and hostile.

I saw Dr.Jokerst and his wife for the first 20 years of my life, as did my sister and all 4 of my cousins. I just had a daughter and they're the first people I thought of when I was asked about a pediatrician. Love them both and wouldn't trust anybody else with my child!!

Dr.Jokerst is a very intelligent doctor. I completely trust him in the care if my children. He listens to my concerns and always puts the well being of his patient first. Highly recommend his practice. His wife, Dr. Leary is just as wonderful. Best pediatric office in town!

My sister and I have both been going to Dr Jokerst our entire lives. He is the most caring, patient doctor i've ever met; he takes his time with you, listen extremely closely to your heartbeat/lungs, and is just a great man. Sme of his staff has been there the entire 18 year span of his practice, showing that he's very caring and comfortable to be around. He has inspired me to follow in his footsteps and become a ped MD as well. however, he dressed up as Austin Powers one year and got the accent ALL wrong. that's the only bad thing i would ever be able to say about this guy.
