Dr. James Douglas Joye, DO

I am both a referring physician and patient of James Joye, DO. He is the most competent endovascular cardiologist that I know and this is the reason I chose him as my physician!!

Had 5 appointments with this practice .2 were rescheduled 1 phone appointment was a no show .His office just blew me off on this one after I'd sat waiting an hour for his call . Call was rescheduled for face to face .After waiting an 2 hours the guy still didn't show !!! PATIENT CRAMMING AVOID THIS PRACTICE

Great bedside manner. Spent time answering questions and was thorough. Never felt rushed in the appointment. Accurate diagnosis. So glad to have found this DR!

Dr. James Joye is a savior - plain and simple. My father has advanced heart disease and was suffering from Aortic Stenosis and in desperate need of a new aortic valve. As he had already had two quadruple bypass surgeries, open-heart surgery was not an option. His only option was getting into the Medtronic Corevalve study. After getting the runaround at one of the other Corevalve study hospitals in Spokane, his case was transferred to El Camino in Mt. View and from day 1, it could not have gone more perfect. Dr. Joye was able to go through the femoral artery which is infinitely easier, less risky and easier to recover from versus going through the ribcage/chest. There was not one other doctor throughout this 10 month odyssey that said the femoral artery was even an option (we were told his femoral artery was too small for a transcatheter procedure)except Dr. Joye. The surgery was a success and after the installation of the Corevalve on Wednesday morning, my Dad is going to be… released on Saturday. The entire process was AWESOME!

I had been seeking help for my symptoms for two years. Dr. Joye was able to diagnois and come up with surgical solutions to help with my celiac compression syndrome. I love Dr. Joye, we should all be so lucky to have a dr. like him. Thank you Dr. Joye.
