James T. Kalmuk, MD

Dr. James Kalmuk is a hematology and oncology specialist who brings nine years of experience to cancer care. He earned his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York, before completing his residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston in 2020. Dr. Kalmuk furthered his specialized training with a fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina, finishing in 2023.

Dr. Kalmuk practices at the Dartmouth Cancer Center in Bennington, Vermont, and maintains affiliations with MUSC Health Ashley River Tower. He focuses on treating various forms of breast cancer, including metastatic and recurrent cases. His expertise extends to managing Paget disease of the breast, a rare form of breast cancer.
