Dr. James D Kassolis

My wife and I have been patients of this practice for over 20 years. When Kassolis took over practice, there were many noticeable changes. Today, we drove 50 miles for our appointments. When we arrived, we were told, “by the way, we no longer take Blue Cross insurance & today’s visits would be $200 each....didn’t you get a letter”? No, neither of us received any letter & we were not disposed to be surprised by a $400 bill ! See ya !

I don't know that I will ever get my daughter back in a dentist office after Dr Kassolis' incredibly unprofessional behavior towards her. While waiting for an oral surgery in his office my very anxious daughter was crying but determined to get the procedure done. Dr Kassolis took the opportunity to yell and scold her for crying. He offered no help or sympathy and made the situation absolutely terrible for all involved. The procedure was never done and then Dr Kassolis lied about what had happened...when everyone there clearly saw what happened. He took no responsibly for his actions and offered no apology. Just an incredibly terrible situation. Avoid Dr Kassolis!
