Long wait time after being on time for visits but that's because he's the best I have been his patient since 2014 very through I would for him to schedule fewer patients so the wait time would be less and spend more time with patients but love him anyway

Outstanding Dr. Most trusted person I know. I would trust him with my life in his hands. He tells you as it is and is very helpful and relaxing going through surgery.

First visit, after being referred due to a renal cyst. Full of fear and anxiety as I entered the office, however I left in a better headspace with a logical laid out plan. Very down to earth, easy to talk to and caring. Explained things very well!

I am very happy to have been placed ( through a referral ) with Dr. Benjamin Kay. He explained everything to me from step one to what will happen next, depends on the results of the first step. I feel comfortable with him and look forward to the final step…hopefully, being healed. The staff was very nice and also explained everything to me. My first visit was comfortable and helpful as well.

Great doc with very friendly staff. The Augusta area is currently under served with urologists so be prepared to be in the office longer than you might expect.
