Dr. James J Kearney, MD

Dr. Kearney came highly recommended to me and met my expectations. He is tops in his field and very compassionate and approachable. After several years of repeated sinus problems, I feel I have turned a corner with his help.

From scheduling through to surgery and follow up, an excellent experience. If you have to have surgery, Dr. Kearney and his staff are awesome.

Office staff is not very helpful in my recent experience, they are unsympathetic and at times downright rude and negligible...

Their handling of billing procedures was at best incompetent, and at worst criminal. They used billing/contact information on me that was sevral years out of date, and then when the insurance co. (no longer my provider) denied their claim, they sent a collection agency after me personally, an action at variance with their agreed-upon contract with said insurance provider. Over a year after my office visit, this issue is still not resolved, and their negligence is beginning to effect my credit rating. I would recommend prospective patients to AVOID this office!

In my 59 years of seeing Doctors I have not found any to better in all aspects as a health care provider. Dr Kearny is beyond reproach in all his abilities. I recommed him to anyone needing his ENT speciality care.
