it appears 1 that this dr. sends you for many tests that maybe he gets something out of because requires all kinds of tests for 1st time visit, Then they are coded routine and medicare does not cover and you are forced to pay full costs, appears this is happening to any number of patients, So bottom line you go in for a problem they code routine and you pay for everything. leave people who can least afford it to pay large bills they shouldnt have to, dont use this dr. if you can avoid it and when you try to get it straightend out they just give you the runaround. This is dr. just wasting your money, and refuses to change anything

office personnel not well trained.

Dr. Keating has been my doctor for 7 years, he also takes care of my parents. When I was diagnosed of breast cancer, his office manager Connie help me so much and his office staff help me get better prices on some of my medication. She will protect Dr. Keating's office and his staff from any abuse. Very few people leave the practice only if is a change of insurance. Some are kick out of the practice if they are not respectful of the office or office staff. I will for ever be grateful to Connie for all her help in my time of need--

I have had Dr. Keating for almost all ten years he has been in Hemet. He is the best. He always takes time with me and always helps with whatever I need. He is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever had. I have read the previous reviews and feel that the last 2 are from the same patient. Obviously he has some kind of grudge against this office maybe he was kicked out or something for being a drug user or did not do as the Doctor asked. We all know that there are very difficult people that we all have to deal with and he is probably "one of those people". As far as the other guy talking about his mother dying. All doctors take vacations, if they didn't they would go crazy. I do no hold it against any doctor who takes some time for himself, they are people as well. It is not wrong to hope for the best for your patients maybe he believed she would be ok but took a turn for the worse unexpectedly, again you can not blame that on the doctor. And if he was not there… how could he be blamed for her death. Plus the person who pronounced the patient deceased is the physician who fills out the death certificate, so obviously he didn't fill it out wrong because he didn't fill it out. A word of advice don't always believe everything you read, it is usually someone who is mad who writes a review. I have checked out many other reviews on Dr. Keating and there are only a few bad ones and many good ones. Whom makes you wonder which are the accurate ones.

This doctor is a joke!!! Always too busy with his personal life to take a quality look at patient's needs. I personally know 3 people that has left him recently and his office manager is barely literate. Place is a joke!!

I will no longer be seeing this doctor because his office "manager" is awful. Her name is Connie and I over heard her degrading Doctors staff in a manner NO ONE should have to endure. Connie had no respect for this young woman who looked on the verge of tears. I will not go to this office because of this incident. Connie should be fired and should not be able to work in the healthcare field. A health care professional is one who is caring and compassionate, this woman connie was rude EVERY time I came into the office and I refuse to be treated this way and I will not watch her treat Doctors staff this way any longer. If there were a petition to get this evil woman fired I would quit my job to fill it up with signatures.

My husband and I have Dr Keating we are pleased with the time he takes to explain what is happening. He works to find the cause of the problem and not treat just the symptom.
