Dr. James Alexander Kelly

I saw dr Kelly many years ago. He went beyond helping me. I had cervical cancer that had spread. If I hadn't of had my surgery I would of had 3 mos left. I had kept putting it off, not accepting. Dr kelly had been trying to get me for yrs to have surgery. He went so far as to get the hospital to take my insurance. He was a wonderful caring dr. Who I'd put my life back in his hands again in needed. Ty dr kelley. Now I'm a grandma of 20 and grandma of 5.

The clerical staff were cordial and polite. Dr. Kelly and his nurse were both professional. I would recommend family and friends to see Dr. Kelly.

I had never met Dr. Kelly before, but I needed to see him because Dr. Clapp was on vacation and I had a health need that couldn't wait. He was wonderful and put me right at ease even though my health issue was causing some anxiety. He took plenty of time with me and made me feel everything was going to be done that needed to be done as soon as possible. I felt I was in very good hands.

I have seen Jim Kelly as a patient since 1985 when I moved to Roanoke. He has always been warm and caring as well as professional and has seen me and my family through numerous experiences. I would wholeheartedly recommend him as an excellent GYN.

Dr. Kelly is great! He has a lot of experience and has seen me through a lot of medical events, both good and bad. He takes his time and patiently answers any and all questions.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kellys since 1992. He has been my doctor through the births of my 3 sons and 1 miscarriage. I absolutely trust his opinion and love his caring manner. I would not think of changing doctors. He is great!

Dr. Kelly became my doctor when I was pregnant with my first child in 2005. He has seen me through two successful pregnancies and a tubal pregnancy in 2010. He is extremely caring, informative and cautious! I absolutely love him and would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent doctor, I'd recommend to anyone.....Doctor Kelly not only saw us when we were expecting, but followed up with us personally for months after we lost our baby to a preterm birth.....he was caring and considerate.... office staff was very polite and prompt....phone calls returned promptly.... as they say "kudos" to them....

A few years ago I had to change doctors due to insurance and Dr. Kelly has been my doctor ever since. He is very personable and takes time to talk to you about your visit after he examines you! He is also excellent with your first time gyn daughters. He was very patient and kind to my daughter on her first visit!Love, Love, love him!
