Dr Kelly is a doctor's doctor. I am a physician myself and about as educated a customer as another doctor is likely to encounter. I am also still actively practicing anesthesia and need peak performance. After lots of research I saw Dr Kelly to remove my cataract and replace my diseased lens with an advanced premium lens using a special laser. He did that painlessly under strictly local anesthesia three days ago in a matter of minutes as an outpatient. I spent last night on call working in the hospital. And at my followup appointment today my vision has improved to 20:20 and I can read without glasses for the first time in 20 years. Outstanding. I could not be more pleased.

I had a cataract in one eye due to medications I had to take for a recurring eye condition. After getting several opinions on cataract surgery I chose Dr. Kelly. His pre and post op care was excellent and I didn't have any complications or flare up. Thank you Dr. Kelly!

Dr Kelly and his staff are very professional and extremely easy going. The entire team was very thorough from start to finish. I am grateful that they were the office to do my lasik surgery

I visited Dr. Kelly after a less than satisfactory cataract surgery in D.C. They were excellent, diagnosed the problem right away and recommended treatment that has improved my sight dramatically.
