Dr. James Matthew Lacroix, MD

As someone working in health care and believing in a collaborative approach to my health where I am treated as a partner in determining what treatments might be best for routine things like high blood pressure, I was very disappointed. Dr LaCroix did not seem to have the time or interest in learning anything about me to help determine what treatments might be best for my specific life, even when I tried to push for this.

Love Dr. La Croix and his staff! They always get me in right away and are so warm and friendly! He's a great listener and spends as much time needed with patient.

Depending on the time of day, the wait time can be excellent or poor, not really an in-between. The staff and the doctor are all very nice, but the doctor seems to hone in on the easiest fix-it solution, even if that isn't the right diagnosis. I have also had trouble getting a follow-up appointment in a timely manner.

This is the only doctor I've ever been to for whom I never have to wait more than a couple minutes, and I can almost always get an appointment promptly. A very well-run office.

Anytime I need to get in to see the Doctor at short notice they get me in immediately. I NEVER have to wait more then 5-10 minutes to actually get in the exam room and then the doctor comes within minutes of that. I am not just a number on the wall at this doctors office, they care and show concern with your issues. Couple of things that keep me going back, the promptness & the fact that he values your time as much as his own.

Excellent bedside manner. Very prompt with diagnosis and follow-up. Always goes out of his way to make time for you. Overall, excellent doctor!
