Dr. James Robert Lafleur, MD

Dr. Lafleur was very rude to me when calling his emergency number. I was having a medical emergency unfortunately happening a little late at night and he yelled at me asking why I didn’t come to the office earlier. Well, I would have if the symptoms happened earlier. The secretary’s at his office are also mean. I never got to see lafleur in the nearly 10 years that I was his patient, it was always his assistant. I do not recommend this doctor if you want to be treated like a human being.

I've been going to Dr. LaFleur for 24 years now and I won't stop any time soon. He is a very knowledgeable doctor who listens to what you have to say. There have been times where I felt like I was wasting his time over explaining things but he never rushes me to finish. When he is in the room with me, my problems are the only thing he cares about. Very good doctor.

I see Dr. Lafleur and his PA, Amy Schultz, both take the time to listen to concerns. They recommend and discuss options for care to see what you are comfortable with. Never have I felt like they are rushed to get to the next patient, its more about you as the patient getting the proper care; verse's how many patients they can rush through the day to get to. They are both willing to work with what your insurance covers, meaning they are not trying to make you pay for something unnecessary if you can go another route and get the same results with something your insurance will cover. I really appreciate that because with money being tight I need to cut corners where I can. I completely trust them both to make decisions on my health and well being. I would recommend them both to anyone!
