He is a great doctor. Makes time for his patients and takes good care of them. He is very bright and equally caring. I recommend him without hesitation.

Had a great first visit after I just picked him out from the Internet. Stuck with him but he became frazzled and at times lacked focus.

My overall experience has been excellent.

When I first arrrived, I was sent to an exam room. After a long wait and my checking, I found out there had been an emergency but Dr. Lai would be in immediately. He had a pleasant personality, was considerate, apoligized for the wait and proceeded to discuss each of my symptoms. He listened, asked many questions, and prioritized a plan. Much to my amazement, he phoned several weeks after to check and see how I was feeling! His staff is attentive, accurate and pleasant to work with. I am thrilled to have Dr. Lai as part of my healthcare team!

Dr lai is one of the most caring doctors I have encountered. He is very knowledgable. I have searched a long time for a doctor with a good bedside manner who is also extrememely skilled. I am thrilled I finally found him!

Absolutely no bedside manner, he misdiagnosed me the first time (said my bronchitis was merely a cold), kept me waiting for ages both times I saw him, was tardy sending pre-op results to the surgeon, and was rude and distant during the visits. Perhaps he should be doing research in a lab somewhere and not be dealing with the public.
