Total knee replacement - after YEARS of deferral - sports injuries... After treating for sometime, it was finally time. Dr. Lancaster explained everything in detail, soft voice/caring, multiple requests for existing questions/concerns, wanted to verify my understanding and comfort with procedure and post-expectations. Went in with no hesitation as to procedure. His staff also needs to be mentioned. He has surrounded himself with a team that are second to none. Recovery has gone well backed up by excellent Physical Therapy through BSW-McKinney. No issues, no complaints, no second thoughts - his work really contributes to an improved quality of life!
