I have been getting EXCELLENT care from Dr. Leavitt for over 20 years, and I have recommended my family and friends, and they also have recommended others. My husband has been having reflux issues and a specific test was needed to be done. I had travel plans and really wanted to get the test completed before I left. Even though Dr. Leavitt's schedule coordinator said she was unable to make the appointment for the testing prior to me leaving, Dr. Leavitt himself came out and instructed her to make the test the following business day even if he had to go the hospital extremely early to make it to his office in time to see his patients. I thought this was amazingly considerate and caring, especially in this day and age. Thank you Dr. Leavitt and thank you to his scheduling coordinator who worked diligently to make this happen.

Two years ago, I chose Gastro Health through my insurance provider handbook. I called and got an appointment with Dr. Leavitt. Since then I have been seen different times at this office. Dr. Leavitt and his staff are always welcoming, courteous and helpful. From scheduling an appointment to under going a procedure, Dr. Leavitt, his assistant Jenny, medical and administrative staff members are always professional and efficient. In addition, the facility provides a convenient and complimentary valet parking service.I have recommended this office and their proficient medical team to friends and family.

He has a curt and dismissive manner. Diagnosis might be correct but hard to know when the communication is so poor.
