My husband was referred to Dr. Lettera by a close friend of the family and I couldn’t be more grateful for the recommendation. My husband had been suffering for many months from complications with his left lung. After a few weeks in the hospital, Dr. Lettera performed a lobectomy procedure and the results were amazing. Since my husband has recovered from the surgery, he is feeling great. Dr. Lettera is an excellent and kind doctor. We couldn’t be happier for such a successful procedure.

Very unprofessional office. Waited until the day of a serious surgery, after I waited for a month, to cancel for NO reason! Avoid at all costs!!

My son spent 30 days in Bridgeport hospital while dr lettera tried to fix his lung. He started with the VATS procedure. His final recommendation was to cut it off. He called other neighboring hospitals to get them to agree once I decided to have him transferred. But I took my son to a hospital in another state. They did the same VATS procedure and he was out of the second hospital in 3 days with both lungs. Dr lettera has a god complex and doesn’t know his job for the amount of time he’s been a surgeon. Beware!

worse doctor I have ever had, If you have signed your death warrant, Id say it's okay for him to perform his services. Being pronounced dead should qualify my opinion of him.

It was Nov. 2003 . Dr.Lettera walked in to Bridgeport Hospital. Just in time, I was have surgery, and my doctor made a mistake and nicked my abdominal aorta. Dr. Lettera ran in and repaired my aorta. Only because of his expertise and fast thinking, that I am here today. Now it is10 years later. The repair seem to be doing fine. Thank you, Dr. Lettera
