holep in the hands of dr. lingeman was a major blessing for me. it ended many years of nocturnal bathroom visits ,urgent day bathroom visits,,non effective and side effect medicines and the fear of prostate cancer associated with high psa numbers---holep laser treatment should be the gold standard for most patients -it takes a year to two years to master the procedure and most established urology doctors do not want to give up lucrative practices to learn it. Indiana urology should be shouting from the rafters--------holep was a life changer for me.
