Dr. James Robert Little, MD

I was a patient for over 20 years. Dr. Little and his NPS were fantastic. So sorry that he passed away in Sept. of 2023. He will be greatly missed.

I had built a great patient-provider relationship with this practice over the years, or so I had thought. Without any warning, I was abandoned by my provider, Kenneth Garian (PA) & Dr. James Little (MD). The blatant disregard for my health, feelings and overall wellbeing was extremely hurtful.

Dr. Little is OFTEN unavailable. Do not bother trying to get ahold of him because you will NOT. Appointments are impossible to get and his staff does not do a good job of communicating to patients either

I had called there 3 times simply to get an answer about me going to work as I am a high risk person, I was promised this message would be aanswered, I need to work but no one had the courtesy to call me,not even office personnel. I've asked in different times for reply to phone calls. Never have this problem with other Drs. I'm looking for a new internist who cares

I hesitate to write a good review as I don't want to have to wait forever for appointments. haha I am a nurse and work for two different hospital systems and can honestly say this is the FIRST time I've truly been overly happy with a PCP. I go to Ken Garian the PA in his office and cannot express how lucky I feel I am to have found this man. He is a WEALTH of information, has spent tons of time on me and has discovered and helped me with issues I had for years and had no idea what or why until him.

No follow up on labs that came back 5 months ago with issues - I was just told about it by another doctor. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Little to discuss this and follow up with more tests and again was told no, I have to see the PA. Enough is enough. I'll go see an actual doctor somewhere else.

Dr. Little is never in the office. He has his PA's do all the work. There is only one person in that whole office that does any work and that is PA Ken Garian.

Friendly and knowledgable staff. Dr Little, his PA's, and the great suppot team are focused on keeping their clients healthy. I have been a patient of Dr. Littles for over ten years and have been well looked after. He is not afraid to refer you to a specialist when he or you feel a second opinion is needed.

Dr. Little is very smart and spends a lot of time with you, his physician assistants are the same way. Staff is very friendly and nice. Great office.
