Dr. James R. Little, Jr., MD

Dr. James Little is a family medicine and emergency medicine physician who earned his medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine. With 28 years of experience in healthcare, he provides comprehensive care across two important medical specialties that allow him to treat patients of all ages in both routine and urgent situations. Dr. Little is fluent in both Spanish and English, enabling him to serve diverse communities in his practice.

Dr. Little practices at multiple locations throughout Jackson, Wyoming, and maintains his affiliation with Teton County Hospital District. He has particular expertise in managing high cholesterol in children and teens, treating obesity and weight management concerns, and addressing hyperlipidemia. His clinical skills include performing complete blood counts and A1c testing to monitor patient health, as well as coordinating physical therapy services when needed.
