wonderful staff, everyone here is so kind and soft spoken, highly recommend, you will be treated so well here.

Our family of 4 all see Dr. Liu! We love Dr. Liu and his staff. He is honest and get to the point of his recommendations. He has the best interest for the patient. Not quick to do surgery but offers alternatives. Both our sons eventually needed ear tube but at different ages. My husband has seen him for allergies and my self for tonsil stones. Staff are very friendly, Stephanie always takes the time to show our kids the friendly animals in office and check out is a breeze with a smile. Highly Recommend, we having been seeing Dr. Liu for about 6 years.

Dr Liu was very professional and pleasant personality. His staff was professional and highly competent. Joseph was especially outstanding. Highly recommend.

I’m highly disappointed with this office, Adult & Pediatric Ent & Allergy, Hearing Aids & Audiology of The Woodlands. Although my initial visit went very well, things quickly turned sour after a few days when the receptionist (Stephanie) contacted me to say my surgery had to be cancelled since insurance (BCBSTX) would not cover one of the three procedures recommended by Dr. Liu, which was sinuplasty. However, considering that I had already been approved for time-off from work, I suggested that we proceed with the other two procedures (tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy). We agreed to proceed with the planned operations, and all was well until about one week prior to surgery when Stephanie called and informed me that I pay everything up-front. I was a bit confused as to why they could not just bill me for that amount, as I have done with several other family doctor visits, yet she became rude and demanded that I pay everything prior to the surgery. After refusing to address my billing… inquiry, she then hung-up the phone. I was in complete shock at this point, so I called back and spoke to a different receptionist who was much nicer. I subsequently sent an email to the front office and requested that Dr. Liu contact me directly to discuss what had transpired. Unfortunately, I never received a call back from the doctor, which leads me to believe he is standing by Stephanie’s position without any regard towards my side of the story. As you can imagine, I then contacted Cy-Fair Surgery Center to inform them that I would not be coming in for the scheduled appointment unless I received a response back from the doctor directly. It is a shame that this office condones such unprofessional behavior from their staff, and at this point I refuse to do business with them.

I drove 45 min to this clinic for allergy testing because of the reviews and I think it was worth it. The medical assistants were very friendly. Everyone was willing to answer my questions and I felt genuinely cared about during my appointment. I never I was being rushed or ever got the impression that I was just another patient on a checklist, which is really what I look for in healthcare providers. I won't think twice to make another 45 minute drive here if needed.

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Lui and was very impressed first by the friendly office staff. I am so used to being met with sour puss faces and big attitudes from most doctor's offices, that I was really surprised how personable they were. ALL OF THEM were great and very helpful. Dr. Lui was very good as well. As a nurse I felt satisfied that my care was in good hands . I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone.
