Everyone working there is very professional and kind. Dr Loden is very knowledgeable too, I brought my dad who had about 50 questions along and Dr Loden had the answer to all of them right away! They’re also very quick about getting patients in and scheduled for surgery as soon as you want. On the day of, I believe Lily was the one in the back room who helped prep me and she was amazing! And the procedure itself was very quick plus I got to hold a stuffed dog during it which was a plus. Post op visit the next day was great as well, and the instructions they give are very clear plus they’re easy to get in contact with if I had any questions. Honestly, loved the experience with all the staff there and would recommend choosing Dr Loden for lasik!
