Dr. James Theodore Long, MD

I was subjected to horrible abuse by this man. He would trap me me in his rooms and chase me from room to room. It was unreal. He was so out of control. Had I not been so fragile I would have followed though with pressing charges. He injured me. He broke me down. He has no business being alone with any patient especially a female one.

I am a patient of Dr Longs and have recommended him to my friends. He has shown me how to deal emotionally in a different way in order to handle the stress in my life which had nearly paralyzed me. Now I can work through situations and make good choices and no longer feel victimized by my situation. I feel very fortunate to have found him.

Dr. Long is one of the best psychiatrists in southern California if not the western US. Period. He has had an incredibly positive impact on my life and I still return to see him every six months or year for a tune-up.

I was referred to Dr. Long from the staff over at UCLA. His office is convenient with easy parking, warm and inviting. He accepts Medicare/Disability. He is compassionate and kind with a sense of humor. He’s very accommodating and I would highly recommend his services.
