Absolutely the most horrible doctor I have ever had! Always a VERY long wait to get in and after waiting a hour to see him, then another 30 min in the room and I hear him in the hallway talking about his vacation. Then talks about himself mostly during my office visit. I don’t go to the doctor very often and you can see why. Then on my last visit was charged $80 and told my insurance didn’t pay for my office visit. When I contacted my insurance they told me the doctor billed them wrong. When I tried explaining it to his office person she was very rude and demeaning acting like I was trying to do something wrong. Instead of calling my insurance back she informed me she would not. I have always paid my balance and never owed them any money but she acted like I was trying to rob them of something, I’m really not sure but I told her I was not paying the bill and she needed to contact my insurance company but she informed me she would not. The next day I got a certified letter saying I was… no longer his patient. Hr did not even TRY to see what happened or call me about anything. Bad doctor and BAD office staff!!! Don’t waste your time or money to go here. TRUST ME!!!!

Nothing in my last appointment went right! I sat in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours and then the front desk remembered I was there! What a waste of my time, as nothing he said was accurate.

After going to one Dr for over 25 years who was amazing but retired - we found another Dr that was caring then she retired so we started going to Dr Love. He really doesn't listen and his nurse actually said nasty things about one of our other health care professionals. In the spring my husband had some issues and we still don't know what caused him to pass out so after spending time in the ER later we followed up with Dr Love only for him to act like we were making up the event leading up to my husband getting a staple in his head

Pulmonary Embolisim, 2 years ago before I met Dr. Love. He has always been friendly and listens to me. He's not the "it's in your head" type of Doctor at all. Very intelligent and works WITH me on a plan for my medical issues. Wouldn't trade him for anyone.

Dr. Love is so great! I have never actually looked forward to going to the doctor before but he has completely changed my opinion. He is very professional but still friendly and makes sure you leave with all of your questions answered. This one is definitely stuck with me for the long haul :)

Doctor that welcomes patient comments and questions - stays well read on current and new procedures and discusses whether applicable to patient situation - asks relevant questions about lifestyle and habits to help devise treatment plans - has a no nonsense style of treatment (the doctor can only do so much if the patient will not follow the plan) but encourages patient to comply and suggests methods to deal with complications. I have had type 1 diabetes for 30 years and find Dr. Love by far the most competent and caring doctor in the state. Dr Love has been my PCP for almost 15 years. Full recommendation.

I went in with pain and the Dr. ordered labs and a UA. When I went downstairs for labs the nurse asked if I had anything to eat/drink that day and I had. She had to call upstairs to make sure the Dr. still wanted labs done-come to find out the nurse (in Dr. Love's office) had ordered the incorrect blood work...thank goodness I had drank coffee that morning. So once they figured the correct labs I needed-I got my blood work done. When results came in the following week, they emailed me the results and when I called the office to talk about them-of course they were closed so I had no idea what was going on. Also, the nurse was supposed to call to set up a CT scan-but that never happened.

I have been a patient of Dr. "Love"s for the past three years. I initially visited him after being uninsured for over 3 years. I was experincing spells where my heart would race - up to 150 beats per minute. After fumbling around for the right medication to use, we finally succeeded in finding two that worked reasonably well. However, Dr. Love, who - though I am only speculating - may be in cahoots with the drug company industry, prescribed me an ACE inhibitor (for hypertention). The prescription for that particular medication was in excess of $70 per month. Four months later I learned that over 60% of ACE inhibitors can be purched in generic form. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Love to advise him of this and he started to stammer and got real nervous and actually said to me, in effect, that if I wanted to switch to a genric medication he would certainly write a prescription for it. So after having spend hundreds of dollars on the name brand medicine, I now get it for $8 per… month.I have issues with his nurse as well - as she has been openly hostile towards me on the phone.I feel badly for Dr. Love's patients, particularly the elderly, who were raised to believe that doctors are to be trusted. Medicare - which we as all taxpayers contribute is rife with abuse. It's the unspoken policy of most physicians to keep silent about the ways they've learned to manipulate the system to get every penny they can derive from Medicare.I found Dr. Love to be very aloof, and hesitant to elaborate on the causes of my hypertension, as well as never discussing with me an excercise program to mitigate the effects of my hypertension.To top it off, Dr. Love's practice has still not purchased an electronic medical records system, designed not only to conserve paper, but to also to ensure that contra-indicated medications are not prescibed, and prompts the physician regarding scheduled tests, particulary for those patients experincing chronic diseases as diabetes, asthma, CVD, CHF, etc.I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone. His holier than thou attitude, as well as his penchent for prescribing medications which can be purchased in generic form (and subsequently cheaper), which only goes to serve the priviledged few who can afford such medications.So long, Dr. Love. I can truthfully say that I'm glad I won't be coming back to you or your prima donna nurse.* However, the front desk receptionist - is a tremendous asset to the practice, and her friendly smile and professionalism do work to make the trip to Dr. Love's office at least bearable.

Dr. Love has been my physician for 10 years & he has saved my life on more than one occasion. I cannot speak highly enough of him & his nurse Stacy. Love 'em both!
