Very thorough Compassionate Understanding

Apon my new patient visit, my wait time was less than 30 minutes. When I was called back, the nurse was very friendly to me. Dr. Lynch was in my room within ten minutes. Honestly, I was very impressed that he spent time with me answering a lot of my questions and explaining the two procedures ( neck injection and pin point injections) that I will be having done. He prescribed me a medication to to work alongside the injections. The only negative is limited parking, but it's a six story building with many other practices. Dr. Lynch was very caring, the front office was very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind.

This hospitalist does not involve you in your own healthcare. He makes decisions and changes orders without even discussing your care with you. The literature you are given upon admission states speak up. I was never even given an opportunity to speak up. This doctor, and I say that with the least amount of respect, should understand a patient has A RIGHT TO BE INVOLVED IN THEIR HEALTHCARE. His MD title doesnt make him qualified to make decisions about my healthcare without even talking to me one time. He calls in orders from his home without even knowing me. He is an absolutely abysmal excuse for a physician.

He helps me better understand what the problem is.
