Dr. James Robert Lyons

I paid for an HD liposuction procedure with abdominal contouring/ab etching, but the results were significantly different from what I was promised and agreed upon before the surgery. Although I underwent two surgeries at the same clinic (the first on December 1, 2025, and the second on May 5, 2026), Dr. James Lyons did not perform the abdominal contouring I paid for in either of these two surgeries. Furthermore, during the first surgery, fat was injected into my upper flanks, above the buttocks, without my authorization or consent, creating an unnatural and aesthetically unpleasing appearance that I never requested. This situation has caused me severe emotional distress, anxiety, financial hardship, and physical dissatisfaction. I also had to travel from another state twice due to unsuccessful attempts at correction, which resulted in additional expenses and a very heavy emotional burden on my life.
