Dr. James A Mack, MD

Dr. Mack is extremely caring and passionate about his job, and he takes time to listen and explain things (unlike many others doctors). Besides being an expert in his field, I would classify Dr. Mack as a doctor's doctor. He is truly one of God's good people!

Dr. Mack is an excellent endocrinologist. He is thorough in his history and exam. He did a more thorough physical exam on me than any other provider has. He looked at my entire history, not just my thyroid issues. Although he can run behind schedule, he never rushes through my appointment. He gives me his undivided attention. I highly recommend Dr. Mack

Dr Mack is a very good doctor explains things and spends time with you I have no complains with him. But his office staff are horrible the do not return calls when they say the will, a they do not schedule re schedule appoints they cancel as they promise and they do not respond to prescriptions requests from the pharmacy. We have waited any were from 2 weeks to month for them to fill a request. and have had to make repeated request often going with out medication do to the lack of officiant staff. They are rude on the phone to patient who call in.

Appointments were tough to get, phone calls are returned late, in addition to his staff's failure to forward blood test results, etc. I was told that he does not speak to patients on the phone, per hospital policy?

HE GIVES THE IMPRESSION OF BEING VERY CARING AND UNDERSTANDING. GIVES YOU PLENTY OF TIME AND EXPLANATION. SAYS THAT HE WILL GET TO THE EXACT DIAGNOSIS. BUT NO FOLLOW UP AND NO DIAGNOSIS AFTER INITIAL VISIT. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
