We’ve been seeing him for years. He stays up to date on the latest medical treatments and always spends the time needed to give us the best possible care.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr J for many years. He treats you as if you are the only patient of the day. He makes sure you understand everything and when your test results are not good he explains exactly what is needed to bring them back to the correct ranges. When the results are good he gets so excited and makes you feel good about yourself. We were told up front that he takes his time so there maybe a long wait but I have never waited over an hour. I have specialist I see that I have waited over 3 hours to get in. So an hour wait is nothing. Dr J is well worth any wait.

I have been going to Dr. James for years. We always have productive conversations. He is a good listener and always makes sure you understand before he leaves the room. Wait times can be a little long but I think that is because he refuses to leave a patient until all their questions have been answered.

My family and I have been going to Dr Makemson for YEARS. I always thought he was so personable and nice. ALL OF THAT IS A BIG PUT ON!!I have NEVER complained about ANYTHING all these years. Last week, I had waited more than an hour to see him. I needed to be somewhere else in 30 minutes so I asked the nurse to give me some idea of how much longer I would have to wait. His nurse was a total air head and so unprofessional. I had to leave, however; I wasn't mad when I left. His new Nurse actually called ME on my home phone and was UGLY to me! I could not believe it!!!! I had to hang up on her. I've never experienced anything like that from anyone. The next day, I got a letter from Dr. Makemson telling me to find another Doctor. Perhaps she told him something that wasn't true but you would think he would have the guts to call me if there was a problem if nothing else than to hear my concern. He's a "hot head" with knee jerk reactions as far that goes. I've never seen such… cowardly behavior from ANY man. much less a DOCTOR!

Wait time ALWAYS OVER 1 hour from the appointment time. Receptionists are rude especially on the phone.When aggravation expressed, sends a letter of not being able to provide you or your family with medical care.
