I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO DR.Lawhon OFFICE. THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! JAN 30/2023 I had a consultation which I paid $162. My procedure for my extraction was scheduled for 2/20 which as time got closer my appointment was cancelled and rescheduled to the first week of March. FIRST RED FLAG (me not thinking being understanding that things do happen.) A day before my surgery in March I get a phone call saying we’re going to have to reschedule you because Dr.Lawhon granddaughter had to be rushed to the EMD. ( me being understanding again) but I was frustrated because I already had arrangements for everything and they canceled on me last minute and stated that they would contact me when they knew more and have open availability I said ok. Weeks pass NO PHONE CALL NO NOTHING. I contact them and advise them on how my appointment was canceled and that nobody ever reached back out to me to reschedule my appointment she then apologizes and gets me scheduled which then at this time… we were scheduled for MAY of 2023. As time gets closer for that appointment it’s 8:00pm and I get a text messages from one of the nurses “hey we have to cancel you appointment Dr.Lawhon granddaughter had to be rushed to the EMD” they same STORY ONCE AGAIN! Appointment cancelled at last minute ONCE AGAIN. So at this point I’m annoyed because I’m really needing my extraction due to a cyst and I’m getting the run around. After that final time NOBODY reached out to me again to reschedule me so I HAD TO call in and figure out when can I be seen etc. Dr.LAWHON office stated that I had to pay ANOTHER $162 on top of the $162 I already paid plus another $122 because of THEIR 90 DAY POLICY but why should I have to come out my pocket and pay something again when YOU ALL CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS NOT ME! THEN one of the nurses stated that Dr.Lawhon said “Well she can find somebody else to do it and I’ll gladly send over the X-rays “ and it is beyond sad the lack of care they have for people! It seems like everything is about MONEY! Verses a patient health and well being! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO ATTEND THEM BECAUSE YOURE MOST LIKELY GOING TO GET THE RUN AROUND. WHEN YOU GO FOR A CONSULTATION ITS always people WAITING about TWO HOURS AT THE MOST(I was one of them.) they’re always overbooked & packed obviously and taking on more then what they can handle! DO NOT RECOMMEND RUN AWAY! SCAMM SCAMMMM SCAMMM SCAMMMM SCAMMMM i wonder how many other people have they done this to?????

He was very nice and covered all the basis of what I needed and how I could do it. When he pulled my tooth I didn’t even know he was finished. Excellent. 10 stars!

He was very clear in how to handle my problem. He didn't hurt me and I had very mild soreness. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Went to see him for a second time, dude just good, he didn't hurt me and was quick. I won't use nobody else

This office is unprofessional, reschedules at the last minute with no regard for patients or their pain. Sends text messages for cancellation. Do not waste your time even trying to go here.

Look no further than the google responses to negative reviews from the owner. Called one woman a ‘Karen’, is pompous and thinks he’s the best dentist and it’s surgeon ever created, and obviously has zero concern about customer service.

The treatment given by this doctor was horrible . I wouldn’t recommend my dog to go here. He was very rude and disrespectful. Law enforcement was called because of how he treated me and my son . He broke the wisdom tooth off and exposed the nerve and I went a full week without him giving guidance as well as scheduling for the removal. He and his wife acted as if I was an animal. He was beyond reasonable and gave an I don’t care attitude. They only wanted cash payments and didn’t refunded my son’s post operative visit . Words can’t express how truly disappointing this visit was . He pushed me and slammed the door on my foot in front of my children .
