Worst Doctor for helpfulness and worse staff, not helpful or friendly, prescription out of stock, pharmacy willing to speak to Doctor to find alternative, but doctor nor front office would call, so they said I should call around find a place that ahs it in stock, and if not get a list of what they do have and fax that to Doctor!!! No pharmacy can do this as they have no idea of what class or alternatives the doctor would consider, absolutely useless, Doctor unwilling to help by making 1 call, expects patient to make 30 calls instead

Do not use this practice under any circumstances. I just got off the phone with Dr. Marks who refused to help my daughter and then hung up. Very rude, unprofessional behavior.

I have been a patient of Dr. Marks for many years. I was searching for his phone number when I noticed the negative reviews. I was surprised. I think he is professional, caring, and very informative. He cuts to the chase, which is what I like. He is very well educated on medication and keeps trying, if needed, to find the best mix for you. I agree that the office staff is less than stellar.

I have been a patient of Dr. Marks for 23 years. He has always been kind and compassionate and I have sent several friends to see him. It may take a few visits to establish a good relationship, but I think he is competent and has many years experience.

Dr Marks is just a money making machine. His totally impersonal work resembles an assembly line. A few minutes and you’re out in what seems an overbooked schedule. His office manager lady treats patients like subhumans. The entire practice doesn’t really care about patients and their needs but about how much money they can make out of them.

Dr Marks is a godawful, cold, dismissive, uncaring psychiatrist. He has absolutely no emphatic and does not educate patients.

Over the past few years as I have gotten to know Dr. Marks I have found him to be patient, professional and always wanting the best solution for his patients. He can be direct, and doesn't sugarcoat anything, but that's fine with me.

Dr. Marks is kind and gentle, yet assertive enough to say it like it is when needed. He asks thoughtful questions, genuinely listens to your answers and comes up with a thorough treatment plan, and usually has a plan b ready just in case!

Dr Marks is arrogant and charges a lot of money for a 15 minute appt. He has a horrible bedside manner, little empathy or patience. I will never see him again nor would recommend him.
