Poorly managed office; there have been times when we left after waiting for over an hour. Out of a dozen+ visits we waited less than an hour maybe 3-4 times. Letter writing or ordering tests takes them several weeks. Professional expertise is questionable too - my kid's medical condition went undiagnosed for way too long and was even exacerbated by Dr. Martin's advice. If caught early enough, my kid's outcome could have been a lot better.

I've been seeing Dr. Martin for years, under different insurances. Dr. Martin's attitude changed with every insurance. he even stopped looking at my child during appointments when our insurance went to Medicaid. Sometimes, he was downright rude and treated me with utter disrespect. Dr. Martin was always in a rush to get out of the room, and NEVER on time. While others in the same practice were busy as well, none seemed quite as rude as he was.

I find the Dr.'s great but the office staff very poor. They are always losing something or writing prescriptions wrong or not calling me back like they say they will. I have been going to them for 10 years and have never had a bad experience with the Dr.'s just the staff which it has happened to me three times in the last month. And they just don't seem to care.
