Dr. James Edward Martinez, MD

Dr. Martinez was dismissive, arrogant and even chastised me for Going to the ER numerous times. Interrupted me constantly as I tried to explain the cause of my problem. His office did not return my call. Will never go back.

Uninterested in me or what I had to say. Kept interrupting me and even chewed my out just before the endoscopy for going to the ER numerous times. He had not read the reports or knew why I went. His office does not return phone calls and it takes months to get in even if you’re established. Won’t go back there for sure.

I have had three procedures done by Dr. Martinez. He nor his staff follows through after the procedures. Calls not returned and messages left on MyChart go unanswered.

I know of no other physician in NM who is as skilled, intelligent and competent as this doctor. He cares about his patients and is always available to answer questions and soothe the restless spirits of people lucky enough to be in his care. It has been life changing for the better for me and I will always be grateful to be in his care.
