He was highly recommended by our family doctor and since Sears closed where we were going for many years to get our glasses, we went. A very long wait both times we went. We asked the employee doing the fittings if we could have our total at ordering and we would pay in full and she did, 'we thought'. My husband had a really hard time seeing with his new glasses when he first tried them so they told him they would re-examine his eyes and remake them. There was a difference in the prescription from the first examine just a week before which we didn't understand. They re-did the glasses and my husband was okay seeing after that. I got glasses that included a magnetized sunglasses clip but with or without the sunglasses clipped on, I can't see outside. There is way too much glare! I was old that if I didn't like them to bring them back but we bought our glasses when it wasn't sunny. This past summer was the true test. It was a total waste of my money because I can see better… with my old glasses! I've been wearing them ever since. What a rip off! About 2 months after picking up the second glasses for my husband and checking again with the office manager if we owed anything, she said we didn't and we were set! .........later we both got bills in the mail for the same amount at $154.00 I believe. I waited for several months because sometimes insurance takes time to do the claim on their part which wasn't much really but we still kept getting bills. The other day I decided to just pay the bill before it hurt our credit but under protest. Wrote them a note with the payment but haven't heard from them. They are way over priced compared to what we were told and in the end we paid over $700 each for our glasses! We will NEVER go back

New Patient. spent 2 hours for a 1 minute general eye exam. Depth and peripheral vision not checked. Spent most of the time lecturing on a precondition that I am fully aware of. He obviously does not want new patients, or is just a horrible doctor.

Eyesight is the most precious gift next to life. I would search for alternate, more conidence inspiring doctors. There should be no doubts when one leaves any doctor's office. However, I would certainly avoid the optometrist in that office. Bad product, rushed service, and inpersonal obvious profit-driven attitude.

After numerous visits over ten year period, he performed unnecessary surgery In my opinion, he is rude, arrogant and does not have the focus or attention to detail he once possessed
