Dr. James Donald Mathers, MD

this Dr. was assigned by the hospital to care for me as i did not have my regular doctor who was at mound view clinic and doesnt travel to st. claire. . the doctors and hospital are all part of the dean medical group. while the hospital has a contract with my ins. co humana the doctors DONT this doctor told me in my hospital room I NEVER went to his office that he was with humana also . which he IS NOT> he then proceeded to charge e an office call on my hospital bill. my ins. paid him to attend to me in the hospital but denied the office call as out of network chargeing me full $250 plus for it. I wrote to st. claire clinic told them I asked if he was humana contacted he lied and said he was . then bills me for an office call I never went to his office EVER. when I told the clinic billing they sent a smart assed letter saying we ARE HUMANA. well my ins co. HUMMANA SAID NO THEY ARENT . SO I DIDNT SEE I SHOULD PAY THIS. WELL NOW THEY GOT THIS LITTLE AMBULANCE CHASER LAWYER SUING ME FOR… THE BILL PLUS HIS BOTTOM FEEDER ATTOREY FEES. DONT TRUST THESE JERKS . I HAD MY KNEE REPLACED AT THERE HOSPITAL MY ARM FIXED AND OTHER THING THEY MADE A LOT OF MONEY OFF MY INSURANCE CO PAID ALL THESE BILL. THEN THEY PULLED THIS ONE. NEVER AGAIN THESE MORONS.

I've had Dr. Mathers for 26 years, would not consider another doctor.
