brand new to the office, was placed on hold immediately without even asking... 45 min twice in one day, called back and they said … can you please hold? I asked how long it would be because I was already on hold twice today..... no answer.. switched me to hold. Not a very welcome first impression...

I am very pleased with Dr. Matteson and his practice. He is patient oriented and extremely knowledgeable. He always takes the time to listen to me and is caring with impeccable manners. Not only is he pleasant and efficient, but so is his staff. He showed concern for my condition and is following closely.

Excellent handling of my two (2) inguinal hernias. Surgery went great with no unexpected events.

I've had kidney infections, infections other urologists could not diagnose and prostate cancer. Dr. Matteson had a great bedside mae's presently on top of my prostate cancer and spends time with me discussing options and results to date, not just urological, but my entire health profile and lab results!! I can call for results and he forwards my information, CT scans, biopsy samples, etc to other clinics, when required...

Very professional. Spent lots of time expalaining findings and treatment options. Had his office call me to schedule follow up visit after I forgot to.

Standard office vist experience. As with all doctors front end is run like a business, payments, insurence, etc.When the octor came into the room he was very professional.Dr M listened to my problem and nailed it the first time. Will be seeing him once a year going forward.

Incorrect diagnosis and no results after repeated office visits. Office staff most unhelpful. Go elsewhere.

Poor diagnoses of condition resulting in uneccesary procedures and discomfort. Only rectified by seeing another physician who was amazed at the mistake made. Avoid at all costs
