The coldest, most impersonal, and uncooperative doctor I've ever had. Run fast, many good doctors out there.

Dr Mazzara is an excellent surgeon and physician! I’ve had two very successful reverse shoulder replacements by Dr. Mazzara. Prior to my surgery, he patiently took his time to throughly discuss my concerns! I give Dr Mazzara my highest recommendation! His medical staff is great too!

Excellent physician and Surgeon. I had Knee injury with arthritis operated by another physician. Dr Mazzara did appropriate testing followed by conservative intervention with injections which resulted in expected results.

Dr. Mazzara is an amazing surgeon. He did such a great job, I was able to go back to work after 3 weeks from having a total shoulder replacement. He comes prepared to the OR for your surgery. He’s very precise. One can see that he takes great pride in his skill and ability.

I love Dr.Mazzara I have had two surgery's with him and he did a great job no complaints, the only complaints I have for such a great Physician he has a terrible so not professional office staff. They are rude and plain nasty,sorry just being honest.

I have been suffering horrible right shoulder pain for years. I had surgery on it 2015 and I never improved. The past few months have been especially painful and I've seen three rheumatologists (possible inflammation issue) and several orthopedic doctors who just kept giving me cortisone injections. I was referred to Dr. Mazzara by my rheumatologist. My first visit I met with the PA who came to the conclusion I needed a very painful and expensive arthrogram. I went in for the follow up and met Dr. Mazzara. He was very condescending, impatient, and not at all helpful. He told me my MRI was normal. Said I could have frozen shoulder but I only showed half the signs. Then played the blame game with my rheumatologists, saying its their issue not his and had no idea why they sent me to him. I started to get nervous and upset and he rapid fired questions at me and at one point I must have answered without being clear and he laughed with condescension and said "well which is it, can't be both… can it." He admitted my case was "puzzling" but instead of being an advocate and treating me with compassion, he sighed and tossed out a couple offers of joint and bursa injections. Ummm I'll pass considering this is "not an orthopedic issue." I will never go back to him and will caution anyone in going to see him.

After 5 years and a few surgeons who were unable to help me fix my shoulder, I found Dr. Mazzara. He has changed my life and for the first time in years i have been pain free and can actually use my left arm and shoulder for things i used to love doing again. Dr. Mazzara is an incredible doctor with an incredible amount of skill, experience and he treats his patients very well as do his staff. It was a pleasure having him as my Dr. and i will recommend him to anyone and everyone who needs a surgeon

Had shoulder surgery by him, overlooked his bedside manner figuring his surgery would make up for it. Ended up with more pain and huge scar. The PA, Karl believes he’s a surgeon and pushes medication not addressing any problems. Totally disappointed!

Had my surgery done and still experiencing cronic pain that Dr refuses to treat. I've been to the emergency room three times for the pain he refuses to treat. Even the drs at the er are shocked. I managed to get a second opinion and found out I need another sergery and that the surgery dr mazzara had done was useless. Unfortunately I'm stuck with Dr mazzara because of insurance and it being a work related injury. So now I wait in cronic pain for his next unless move . Malpractice in every sence of the word.

I have been seeing Dr. Mazzara for many years for various issues, and refer all of my family members to him as well. He is very thorough and explains things so I understand them completely. The office is clean, the office staff is nice and you never have to wait long. If you have any orthopedic issues, I highly recommend Dr. Mazzara.
