Dr. Mcclane is more interested about sell you a big price ticket procedure than educate and advise with patience. His answers for your concern are terse, and he immediately turns attention to persuade you on pricey procedure.

My husband got the best of care until, during and after his surgery, I am changing my GI to him as well....

I have seen Dr. Mcclane off and on for about three years. There was a lapse of about two years before I saw him this week. He listens and is caring goes about his business in a very cautious manner. I already am feeling the results of his suggestions and advice. He inspires confidence and I trust his judgment for treatment and medication.

Loved Dr. McClane! His office staff was mediocre but as a physician and surgeon he is fabulous! He is also one of the only colorectal docs who is trained and proficient in robotic surgery which is a plus. He really cares about his patients and their outcomes. Would def recommend!

Office staff is abrupt and rude. No return phone call from doctor 3 weeks after colonoscopy procedure even though I have made repeated calls to office. Office does not bill insurance properly and used the wrong codes so I got a large bill for a preventive service. Very disappointed and disgusted!

Dr. McClane is one of the most caring, compassionate and skilled doctors in his field. My husband was his patient during a very complicated surgery. He made us feel safe, cared for and calm.
