Hey Dr McClure! This is Julie Singleton your surgery scheduler from Mountain Orthopedics! The reason appointments may be late is bc he does take the time with each patient and making for long hours and sometimes emergency surgeries on top of seeing patients. I will be the first to say Dr McClure comes across wrong bc before I worked for him I worked in Admitting and when he would need scheduled a surgery he came to me and I was terrified at 21 of him but I got to experience the soft side of this man! He was there when I needed someone the most to just tell me I would be okay! Oh yes!! Remember what the OR nurse said to you and your comeback! Nurse: Dr McClure it takes less muscles to smile than to frown! Dr McClure: I’m exercising!

Do not come here unless you don’t value your time. Be prepared to wait 2 to 4 hours in the waiting room before even being seen by the doctor. The front reception lady is extremely rude does not even acknowledge that you’re sitting out here waiting for hours upon end.

Dr McClure has NO respect for his patients. Waited over 90 minutes for a scheduled appointment. If I wasn't hurting so bad I would have left. I'll never return to this doctors office

Very poor bedside manner. Does not listen to the patient. Did not explain the diagnosis. Was not very sensitive to the patient. Very long wait over 3 hours long. Staff was not courteous.

i highly recommend dr.mcclure as a top surgeon and physician for knee surgery.he was five stars all the way.i am now walking great with no pain.

Dr. McClure repaired a calcaneous fracture and fused my ankle to my heel. I could not ask for a better doctor than Dr. McClure. I wish he was still in NC so that I could discuss other orthopedic issues that I have been having.

Dr mcclure gave us avery good briefingon what to expect during and after surgery, maybe a little too much info,The surgery went real well, patient being 74 years old,. Patient liked his bedside manner. Would recomend him for hip surgery.
