my son had osteomyelitis and was transferred to St Johns in springfield from a smaller hospital that wasnt able to treat hhim when we arrived Dr MCcrory said it was not osteomyelitis said it was a sprained ankle he kept saying he would repeat MRI but never did after 3 days in the hosp he dismissed my son and we went home where his pain kept getting worse went back to my doctor who did more tests and said it was osteomyelitis so we were then sent to St Louis childrens hospital where he had surgery to drain the infection and wash it out and there was a hole in the bone where the infection ate through now were dealing with infection of the heart i feel this could of all been resolved if we had been treated at St Johns hospital, my son about lost his foot. I wouldnt recomend Dr MCcrory to treat anyone.
