Very arrogant and cruel. DO NOT SEE HIM.

Very cold. Dismissive. Clearly doesn't like women talking. My friend who was helping me explain my medical history when I was struggling was Immediately told to stop speaking. I can't believe he's practicing medicine. Told me nothing is wrong with me and left feeling no better. I understand it's an ER so if in not actively dying, they don't care at holmes, but yikes. Wrote up my pain would likely go away just because it wasn't a blood clot.

Dr. Miles seems to be thorough and to the point with his patients. He doesn't " sugar coat " anything and has the knowledge to realize the need to consult with others when needed. I had the pleasure of his expertise when having issues from major surgery in the middle of the night. Dr. Miles did take the time for a thorough diagnosis and also consulting the surgeon to see how he wished him to proceed before givin any unnecessary or incorrect treatment. Yes , he can be a little short on his " bedside manor" but these doctors are taxed quite a bit during their " normal work days" and have to stay on a steady course.

this physician needs to get retraining on pediatrics, and bedside manners and NOT judging kids. By far one of the worst doctors ever met. He is only compensated by excellent nurses and other hospital staff.

horrible demeanor, rude and arrogant. it doesnt impress me that you went to medical school or have MD next to your name. be a decent human and respect others. thats all it takes.

Everytime i see Dr miles at the emergency room he's short, rude, and disrespectful he's been this way for years and gives me a false label. I wouldn't trust or want him saving me if i was dieing. This doctor needs to be reported I've had enough.

I was given excellent care by Dr Miles when I was in the ER at Holmes Regional Hosp.

I am in ER right now with husband. This dr has thinks he is greater than God Almighty. Not sure if he has a thing about women speaking or just me. He would not let me speak even when I had info that was important to conversation. He would not even acknowledge I was in room except the one time he looked in my direction to give me the inappropriate look to get me to shut up. Very unprofessional and arrogant.
