Dr.James H. Miller of Knoxville tn misdiagnosed my child, refused to hear about a 3 generational eye diagnosis history and was rude enough that he refused to sign a referal to see a specialist who diagnosed her properly after 8 months of her suffering with the wrong diagnosis and lack of medicine.
