Dr. Miner has excellent patient relating skills... takes time with you… kind. I recommend him to anyone looking for a caring ENT doctor.

My surgeon from the same practice was on vacation after my surgery. I started having profuse bleeding pouring from my nose and mouth. I called the emergency number. Dr Miner was on call. He told me to go to Columbus regional and they transferred me to Methodist after bleeding had slowed for him to treat me. After I got there, he refused to come to the hospital to treat me. He left me there for hours when I had been bleeding and said I needed to go to my regular scheduled office visit.

It was my first visit to dr. James Miner. He asked me questions and he did not pay attention to my answers. I felt discriminated. English is not my first language and I wasn't born in the United States although I am a proud American citizen. Dr. Miner was chewing gum during our entire conversation. Only the audiologist Ms. R. W.A. acted professional and friendly.

My husband's diagnosis was accurate and he was treated with dignity and respect. The staff were courteous and went out of their way to help with insurance glitches. He is highly recommended.
